1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Combine first five ingredients in large mixing bowl; mix well and set aside. In another large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except icing; mix well. Add carrot mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Spread batter in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bars test done. Place pan on wire rack, cool completely. Frost with icing. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Combine all ingredients in small bowl; beat until smooth.
