1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Combine flour, powdered sugar, salt and nutmeg in mixing bowl. Cut in butter until mixture forms a soft dough. Press into a greased 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees (F) for 15 minutes. Mix sugar, Lemon Dessert Mix, baking powder, eggs and 2 Tbsp. water; spread over baked layer. Return to oven and bake about 25 minutes. Cool.
To make Lemon Glaze, blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread glaze over baked layers, cut into squares.
Makes 2-1/2 dozen bars.
