TURKEY AND VEGETABLE STEW

2 tsp. Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
1 lb. boneless turkey breast or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen stew vegetables (mixed potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots)
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced in half
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. Watkins Onion Soup Base
1 tsp. Watkins Soup & Vegetable Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Watkins Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Watkins Sage

Heat grapeseed oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven over high heat until hot. Add turkey; cook and stir until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Makes 4 hearty servings
